Brooke Hogan went on the radio to talk about all the people she doesn’t like. And then she said she loves “every black person.” Too bad one of the people she said she didn’t like was Beyonce, who happens to be black, too.
Brooke must be experiencing so much cognitive dissonance right now.
We’ve all been waiting for Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas to sing together again, right?
Oh no, that’s right, we don’t care. Hmm. Well, they are just the same, but they’re joined by some other Disney stars for the new song Send It On. It will help usher in Disney’s “Friends For Change: Project Green.”
It’s great to see such teenage emotion over cliched lyrics, though, so don’t miss the music video.
For those days when she doesn’t want to give off the stripper/streetwalker vibe, Miley Cyrus puts on an argyle sweater and some glasses. Of course, when she poses for her self-portraits, she still tries to imbue the image with some of that “When I’m good I’m very, very good, but when I’m bad…” eye work.
The 16-year-old singer — who recently worked a pole at the Teen Choice Awards — showed her Twitter followers the lastest “smart girl” frames she’s sporting.
Today we’re probably going to see a lot of posts about the Teen Choice Awards last night. I didn’t watch them, but it seems that they spawned all sorts of stories and rumors and questionable clothing choices.
First example: Miley Cyrus. The clothes aren’t bad looking, per se. They just make it clear that Miley was 1) coached about how to pose, 2) with a skirt that short she was GOING for a crotch shot, and 3) if singing and acting don’t work out, she’s going to make a fantastic street walker.
UPDATE: Oh, yes, Miley definitely is preparing for another career. Check out her performance… those hip thrusts and her pole work are good. She needs a little practice, but she’s only 16. By the time she’s legal she’ll be awesome.
Over coffee this morning, some friends and I discussed stalkers. We’ve all had them, and they’ve been varying degrees of weird… from just creepily showing up everywhere in a way that indicates someone’s been followed or researched, all the way to gifts and letters showing up in the mailbox and hearing that some stranger is claiming one of us as a girlfriend. So that was a fun conversation.
But even those scary moments pale in comparison to Miley Cyrus’ friend Mark McLeod, who was arrested last month on Miley’s movie set on Tybee Island, Georgia. He’d made some rude comments to young girls, and admitted to police he’d been following the actress for several days.
Actually, he’s been following her for months — because the video below was filmed in March.
Creeeeeeeepy.
Worse? Police don’t know where he is now… but LAPD is on the look-out should he show up and bother Miley.

Connor Cruise is suffering from pangs of puppy love. The adopted son of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Connor recently worked on the set of Hannah Montana. A source who spoke to Star magazine dished about the crush he developed:
“Tom thought it would be a good experience for him to see how other performers around his age work. It started as business — but Miley was so sweet, Connor couldn’t help having feelings for her!”
While I’m sure it’s embarrassing to have your first love broadcast everywhere, it’s so nice to hear something sweet like that.
Well, Miley Cyrus is back to posing for pictures that make her look far too mature for 16 years of age. This time Miley’s sexiness is on display for Elle readers, who also learn about her new Wal-Mart clothing line:
“The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line. Because, like, literally this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but that don’t have it available.”
So obviously that would be Elle’s audience, right?
Miley doesn’t make sense for this magazine. Who thought it was a good idea?
Speaking of Disney stars baring their hearts on Twitter, it seems that Miley Cyrus wanted to share her emotions last night (and into the morning). Despite being linked to Nick Jonas again, her updates indicated she was single and trying not to be depressed about it:

Yes… Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus’ big brother Trace are lovey-doving it on Twitter.
It’s old news that Miley Cyrus broke up with boyfriend Justin Gaston, but few people knew how it went down. Until now.
According to Fox News, Miley sat down with Justin and told him that she had never gotten over Nick and working with him again was bringing back old feelings. According to Fox’s source, Nick’s family thinks this is a good professional move for the young singer:
“One day Miley was with Justin, the next she was with Nick again! His family is thrilled with the reunion. Nick’s mom always loved Miley and in light of their Disney show, J.O.N.A.S. tanking in the ratings lately, the entire Jonas camp is excited. There’s a hope that their renewed romance will benefit everyone…
[Miley and Nick] still manage to speak daily and send texts and Tweets all day long to each other. After Nick gets done performing they usually video chat online late into the night. Every night! It seems to work for them and both are happier than normal. They are very sweet together.”
While Miley understandably wasn’t ready to settle down with Justin, that’s a rotten way to break up. Note to 20-year-olds looking for a teen queen to date — don’t.
