Looks like someone felt the need to overcompensate…
After the stars of Entourage posed for this picture for People Magazine’s Hottest Bachelors issue, Kevin Connolly spoke up to Conan O’Brien about Adrian Grenier’s… ahem… padding:
“Adrian put a sock [in his pants]… When he was doing it, I said, ‘What are you doing?’ and he said ‘It’s what they did in the ’70s.’ I didn’t know that. And the photographer’s like ‘Adrian, we’ve got to lose one of the socks.’ And all of sudden when the photo came out I’m getting calls from girlfriends of mine, like ‘So, Adrian…’ And I didn’t want to throw him under the bus with the individual girls. I figured I’d wait until I got here on The Tonight Show.”
That seems like a violation of a guy code. I mean, it’s definitely a violation for a woman to say her friend’s wearing a push-up bra, and this seems like the same sort of thing. Am I wrong?
Several celebrity students showed up this past weekend for Oakley’s Learn to Ride surf camp, but they were denied training.
Why?
Neighbors along the Santa Barbara beach were irritated by the noise and gawkers who insisted on watching, says the New York Daily News‘ source:
“The police threatened to kick all of the celebrities off the beach because [the camp] was causing too much of a commotion. One of the neighbors called and complained because of all the cameras and noise.”
Mario Lopez and Lo Bosworth snuck off before the police got there, but Joel and Benji Madden stuck around to confront them, as did Adrian Grenier. They were — understandably — angry that they had to cut the lesson short.
I’m just curious why whoever was running the camp didn’t plan better for security and privacy.
It looks like Drew Barrymore may have dumped her “best friend,” Justin Long. But the actress made sure she had someone else lined up.
Drew was seen at the Cliff’s Edge in Los Angeles with Adrian Grenier, where, a witness said, the two acted awfully cozy:
“Drew and Adrian looked really comfortable with each other — Justin certainly seemed like the last thing on her mind.”
Drew and Justin dated awhile back, broke it off, and then more recently have been seen together in very date-like scenarios. Drew insisted they were just good friends, but many others have outed them as a couple.
But who knows? Maybe Justin will be ready to reunite after this Adrian thing is over. Third time’s the charm, right?
Adrian Grenier spent some time this past week helping out the less fortunate in New York City. The actor went out despite blizzardy conditions to collect and distribute food for the hungry.
Along with other aide workers, Grenier sat in a van that drove through the city and stopped at restaurants and bakeries that agreed to donate uneaten food to the Yorkville Common Pantry.
I hate being cold. I am currently sitting inside, wearing two shirts, plus a sweatshirt, plus a huge jacket and a scarf and drinking coffee as hot as I can stand. The fact that Grenier did his good deed while probably freezing half to death makes me think he might be a little saintly.
Or that I’m a wimp. Whatever.
